This borehole was drilled for a Client
in Belfast. It was decided that there was so much
water in the ground that it would be more feasible to
create wells. The wells were producing at the end
250,000 gallons per day so it was a successful site.
This site was map dowsed first then I
went on site, marked out the area, then the driller
came on site and drilled and we hit the water at a
shallow depth. The water was quite clean, in fact
after a couple of hours of drilling and pumping the
water became completely clean but we
were restricted in the volume coming up by the
borehole this
is why it was decided to have wells as it would allow
more water through.
